Shipping Policy

At House of Highland, each order is prepared with care. Many of our pieces are made to order, printed in small batches, or fulfilled through specialty vendors, so processing times may vary slightly by item.

Order Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Some made-to-order, custom, or specialty items may require additional processing time. If an item has a longer production or fulfillment window, that information may be noted in the product listing.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

Estimated shipping times begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

House of Highland is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has left our care, but we will do our best to assist if an issue arises.

Made-to-Order Items

Some House of Highland items are made to order or fulfilled through specialty production partners. These items are created after purchase and may require the full processing window before shipment.

Because of this, made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

House of Highland is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun.

Lost, Delayed, or Marked Delivered Packages

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first for carrier updates.

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, mailrooms, building offices, or your local carrier before contacting us.

House of Highland is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, but we will assist where possible.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, photos of the packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
